Ingredients1 Ib boneless chicken breast, slicedinto thin strips1 small Chinese cabbage, choppedintobite-sized pieces2 cloves of garlic, minced1 inch ginger, peeled and grated2 tbsp vegetable oil2 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp oyster sauce1 tsp cornstarchPreparationIn a small bowl, mix together soysauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, andwater. Set aside.Heat vegetable oil in a wok over highheat. Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.Add chicken strips and cook for 2-3minutes until browned.Add Chinese cabbage and continuestir-frying for another 2-3 minutesuntil the cabbage is wilted but stillhas some crunchiness.Pour in the sauce mixture and stir-fryfor another minute until the saucethickens and coats the chicken andcabbage evenly.Season with salt and pepper to tasteand serve hot with rice.Enjoy!
